Waterside Asset Management (WAM) is an independent asset management company based in Portugal, regulated by the CMVM (Portuguese market regulator). Founded in 2024, WAM is the leading vehicle within the “listed assets arm” of Global Income Capital Management, a single-family office established in 2004.
As of 2025, Waterside AM manages two funds: Global Income SIC and Finen Inversiones SIC. While headquartered in Lisbon, Waterside AM also has a presence in Madrid and comprises a multidisciplinary team with over 20 years of experience.
